10 discos do Rock Alternativo que não têm nenhuma música ruim

O Rock Alternativo é muito mais do que um estilo musical. O termo engloba tantas vertentes diferentes que chega a ser difícil trazer um recorte mais específico ao tentar explicar do que se trata, mas há um período específico de tempo que o representa muito bem.

O final dos anos 80 e praticamente toda a década de 90, com a grande ascensão da MTV, trouxe inúmeros artistas que começaram a apresentar uma pluralidade de influências novas na época. Com isso, o Rock Alternativo ganhou uma forma mais específica, se formando inicialmente através de bandas como Sonic Youth e ganhando reconhecimento com artistas como Alanis Morissette.

Com toda uma estética própria, o Alt Rock rendeu alguns dos melhores trabalhos do período citado acima e, claro, estende sua influência até os dias atuais, tendo passado também pelos anos 2000 com nomes como The White Stripes se destacando. Hoje em dia, o encontramos muitas vezes fundidos com outros gêneros como o Indie e o Pop.
