Wilco lançará edição deluxe de “Yankee Hotel Foxtrot” com 82 (!) faixas inéditas

Em 2001, o Wilco lançou seu mais icônico disco, Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, que em breve vai ganhar uma versão deluxe para marcar os 20 anos do trabalho de estúdio.

Segundo o Stereogum, o relançamento — já disponível na pré-venda — contará com 82 faixas inéditas e tem previsão para chegar em 16 de Setembro.

Como parte do anúncio, a banda divulgou um registro ao vivo da faixa “Reservations” gravado em 2002 no The Pageant, em St. Louis, no Missouri.

Além disso, o Wilco participou do talk show de Stephen Colbert nesta segunda-feira (18) e se uniu à banda de cordas Aizuri Quartet para tocar o clássico “Poor Places”.

A edição remasterizada do álbum, que trará 11 discos de vinil, um CD e um livro, também vai contar com muitas versões diferentes de músicas que o Wilco registrou antes de terminar as gravações da obra.

Sendo assim, a versão deluxe de Yankee Hotel Foxtrot terá demos, músicas instrumentais e faixas alternativas, bem como arquivos de shows ao vivo e entrevistas de 2001 e 2002.
