Jamie Foxx se emociona ao falar da irmã, morta aos 36 anos de idade

Morreu a irmã de Jamie Foxx, DeOndra Dixon, aos 36 anos, no último dia 19. A notícia foi divulgada pelo próprio artista nas redes sociais.

Em uma publicação com vários fotos, Foxx afirmou que sua família está despedaçada:

Meu coração está quebrado em um milhão de pedaços. Minha linda e amorosa irmã DeOndra fez a transição. Eu digo que fez a transição porque ela sempre estará viva. Qualquer um que conheceu minha irmã, sabe que ela era uma luz brilhante.

Em seu post, Foxx ainda brinca que a irmã, que tinha síndrome de Down, dizia namorar o cantor Chris Brown, e sempre roubava a cena em qualquer festa ao invadir a pista de dança.

De acordo com o Rap Up, em uma entrevista em 2011, Dixon afirmou que sonhava em ser dançarina profissional, e ainda comemorou uma aparição no clipe do irmão e também no Grammy.

A causa da morte não foi divulgada.
