The Verve irá relançar o clássico “Urban Hymns” no aniversário de 20 anos do álbum

Terceiro disco de estúdio do The Verve e clássico dos anos 90, Urban Hymns completa 20 anos de lançamento em Setembro e a banda anunciou que o álbum ganhará uma edição especial de aniversário.

A reedição virá em quatro formatos diferentes: CD remasterizado, uma edição deluxe com dois CDs, um set super deluxe com 5 discos + um DVD bônus, e um set triplo de LPs.

As versões deluxe também virão com todas as b-sides e mais três horas de material ao vivo não-divulgado, incluindo o show completo que a banda fez para 35 mil fãs em sua cidade natal, Wigan, norte da Inglaterra.

Novas entrevistas do grupo e um vasto acervo de fotos não-divulgadas do fotógrafo Chris Floyd, que viajou com o The Verve em sua turnê norte-americana em 1994, também estarão nas edições deluxe do disco.

O DVD trará o documentário The Video 96-98, antes disponível apenas em VHS.

A reedição super deluxe, além dos 5 discos e DVD, inclui um livro de capa dura de 56 páginas, um pôster e 5 cartões-postais da banda. A edição em vinil acompanha um livreto de 20 páginas e um cartão para fazer download de todos os áudios da edição super deluxe.
