We never truly know what someone is going through by appearances alone. Reach out to people, check in, make sure they know you're there for them. Dig a little to check on those you care about and even open your arms to those you don't know. Today I hugged a man standing over this grave, he was a band mate to the late great singer, he was old enough to be my father, he was alone, he burst into tears and I asked could I hug him. I cried with him and held him tight, it was the best hug I've had myself in a longtime. May we all remember to hug one another, to lend a hand, to be aware, to give love to smile, to be kind. RIP #chriscornell may you forever continue to move, touch and inspire so many millions. And please please #letscuredepression

Had to come see for myself. I've never been to a cemetery after someone was laid to rest famous. I usually like to come awhile after but I was nearby. Lots of people still sad, crying and playing his music. Reminds me again, even in these times were you forget something two or three days later, of what a great loss to music this is, as well as for his friends and family. #chriscornell #hollywoodforevercemetery #soundgarden #sadday #goinghometohugmykids #seattlemusiclegends #bummer #iheldthetearsback #sorryforhisfamilyandfriends #ilovetheLord #mykidshatemyhashtags
