Depois de cinco anos sem gravar material inédito, o trio The Fratellis anunciou em Fevereiro que retornaria ainda em 2013 com um disco novo. Em Agosto eles liberaram o single “Seven Nights, Seven Days”, bem como maiores informações sobre We Need Medicine, que chega às lojas no dia 07 de Outubro.
