“The Director’s Cut Live: A New Year’s Revolution” foi gravado em 31 de Dezembro de 2008 em San Francisco e conta com a execução de músicas do disco “The Director’s Cut”, de 2001, bem como mais 2 extras: “Simply Beautiful” de Al Green e “Chariot Choogle”, de Marc Bolan/T. Rex.
